moreThe Yoga of touch, also called kashmirian massage, is a practise of tactile listening of the body of the other, of the breath of the other.
Hands move slowly, continuosly, and massage without any intentions, without a specific technique according to the deep request of the body who is receiving. This practise is an intimate encounter, skin to skin and heart to heart, two bodies which communicate in the spontanueous receptivity.
The absence of intention, this open listening like the kids' one, can take the body to be wide open to the deepest emotions and wake the body to its natural vibration (called spanda) and vitality. If relaxation and listening reach their natural extintion is possible that the body opens and merges in the space dissolving in the enlightened consciousness, which is the deep nature of everything, the divine nature always existing.
Through the conscious touch the masks we use to wearing will dissolve and the true face shines.
Who is receiving the massage is usually naked and open to what is going to emerge from the body and from to the light waves that will float; waves of emotions, waves of different colors of energy that will be following more and more freely in a body which finds its natural opening. The massage is accompanied by the music of indian raga.
"Merge in the joy felt at the time of musical pleasure or pleasure from other senses. If you immerse in this joy, you reach the divine."
